We aim to get all orders out within 2-3 working days however we are a small team so sometimes this is not always possible. If you need your order urgently or for a specific day please drop us an email, call the shop on 0141 258 6789 or leave a comment in the special instruction box when ordering.
Items are sent either 1st class or recorded delivery depending on value. There is the option to upgrade to guaranteed special delivery. You can also choose to pick your purchase up in our shop.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange or refund please email us at email@example.com and return the item in its original un-used condition within 14 days of receipt. When returning an item, please package it securely and we recommend you post Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent. Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer. If the item is found to be faulty we will reimburse your delivery costs.
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
When ordering rings online it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. You may incur a charge for the ring to be sized, unless we have the correct size in stock, in shich case we are happy to exchange it at no extra cost. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
